Nonconformances closed properly, and audits tracked by clause.

Nonconformances, customer complaints and quality audits are raised, investigated and closed with corrective action that is checked for effect. Audit results are tracked clause by clause against the standard you certify to, and procedures stay under version and approval control.

Works on its ownQuality management works on its own, so if it is all you need it is all you buy, and every other part of Obliwise stays optional.

What quality management includes

Everything below comes with it, ready on the first day and yours to change. 13 capabilities

  • Quality and nonconformance

Nonconformances, customer complaints and quality audits are raised, investigated and closed with corrective action.

  • Conformance by clause

Audit results are tracked clause by clause against the standard you audit to.

  • Effectiveness review

Important fixes are re-checked after a set time to confirm they still work.

  • Approval before publishing

Documents are approved by the right people before they are published, and the approval is bound to the exact version.

  • Audit program for the year

A yearly audit program schedules who audits what and tracks it to completion.

  • Fixes confirmed independently

Someone other than the person who fixed it confirms the finding is closed.

  • Standards and frameworks

ISO standards, cyber, privacy, quality and environmental frameworks install as rule sets alongside safety.

  • Actions closed on proof

An action closes only once the fix is checked by someone.

  • Evidence required to close

You choose which actions need evidence attached before they can close.

  • Every version kept

Every version is kept, with the current one clear and earlier ones one click away.

  • Standard wording written once

Approved standard wording is held once and placed into every document that uses it, with outdated copies flagged.

  • Suggest a change

Anyone can suggest a change to a document, form or plan in place, and the owner decides.

  • Question library

Questions are written once, reused across checklists and assessments, and changed in one place or everywhere.

Where it works

In the browser on any computer, and in these places too.

  • On the phone

In the iOS and Android apps, with or without signal.

    • Quality and nonconformance
    • Actions closed on proof
    • Evidence required to close
    • Suggest a change

Worked example: a customer complaint about a batch

A customer reports a batch of parts that will not fit.

  1. Step 1: Raised as a nonconformance

The complaint is logged against the batch and the customer, and it becomes a nonconformance with an owner.

  2. Step 2: Investigated to the cause

The investigation finds a worn fixture and names it as the root cause.

  3. Step 3: Corrective action with proof

The fixture is replaced and the inspection procedure is updated. Each action closes only when the evidence is attached.

  4. Step 4: Checked for effect

Three months later an effectiveness review confirms the fault has not come back, and the next audit covers that clause.
