About Obliwise
We've run these programs ourselves.
Before Obliwise, we ran risk and compliance programs inside organisations. We've implemented, operated and audited management systems, and lived with the software that came with them. Obliwise is the platform we wished someone had sold us.
How it started
We were the customer for a long time. We picked the software, wrote the requirements, ran the implementations, and then lived with the result. Too often that meant a rollout that dragged on for months, modules we couldn't change without ringing the vendor, and features that were promised and never arrived. Before long the registers drifted back into spreadsheets, because the system couldn't keep up with how the place worked.
When that happens, the person responsible for the system wears it. A regulator, an auditor or the board asks what was required, when you knew, and what you did, and you have to be able to show them.
We built Obliwise to be the platform we'd wanted all along. Our own team can shape it and look after it. It chases the follow-up for us. And it's straight about what it can and can't do. We started in Australia, and we work with organisations wherever they are.
What you can expect from us
We wrote these down so you can hold us to them.
We tell you what's real
Everything on this website describes the platform as it is. If you find something that doesn't match what you see in a demo, tell us and we'll fix the website.
It works out of the box, you can change it, and we help
Each module arrives with forms, workflows and content to start from. If you want something to work differently, your team can change it, or we'll do it with you or for you. We don't hand over the keys and disappear.
Every module comes with it
Incidents, risk, inspections, permits, contractors, training and documents come with the platform in every tier. You don't buy them one at a time.
Help with the follow-up
Most of the work in a management system happens after someone fills in the form. Your rules decide which actions, reviews and notifications go out, and each one is tracked until someone closes it.
Care with your data
Your workspace is hosted in the AWS region you choose and kept separate from every other customer. AI features are optional, and a person approves what they produce.
Plain English, everywhere
In the product, the documentation and our agreements. If something needs a glossary to make sense, we rewrite it.
Working with us
Our demos are hands-on. Bring one of your own forms or checklists and we'll rebuild it in the platform with you, connect the workflow, and let you watch the follow-up happen. If you're in a procurement process, our trust and security page covers most of the usual questionnaire.
Once you're a customer, we stay involved. We set up your workspace with you, configure it around how you work, train your people, and keep helping as your needs change. The builders mean your own team can do all of that too, and most do over time. You choose the mix.
We're a small team. We'd rather tell you Obliwise isn't the right fit than sell you the wrong thing.
What we're working on
Much of our time goes into the obligation engine. It keeps track of the requirements you've taken on, whether they come from legislation, a standard or your own policies, and raises the work when your records show it's due.
If there's a workflow, a register or an integration that would make your job easier, tell us. We decide what to build next from conversations like that.
Come and see for yourself.
Book a session and we'll work through your own forms and your own requirements with you.
