Obliwise brings the records, forms and workflows your organisation runs on into one system. Every module is included and working from the first day, and when you want something to work differently, the tools that built the modules are yours to use, with our help if you want it.
The builders your team uses
Forms, modules and workflows are all made in the same visual workspace. You add the fields, set the rules, arrange the screen and watch the result take shape beside you. There is nothing to code and nothing to raise with us.
Try a change safely before anyone relies on it, then publish it. Published versions are kept, so you can see what changed between them and go back if you need to.
Form builder
A palette of fields on the left, the form taking shape in the middle, and the settings for whatever you have selected on the right. Add conditional logic, lay the form out for a desk, a tablet, a phone, print and a kiosk screen, and see the result as you go.
Module builder
Build a whole module: the fields it holds, the list it appears in, the forms that open at each stage, and the workflow behind it. It is made from the same parts as the modules we ship, so what your team builds behaves like the rest of the platform.
Workflow builder
Set the states a record moves through, the conditions that must be met before it can move, and what happens when it does: raise an action, notify an owner, schedule a review, generate a document. Walk it through as any role in a safe test run before you publish.
What is included
Every module below comes with the platform. They share one set of people, locations, records and workflows, so what is entered once is used everywhere.
Incidents and events
Report from any device, investigate, notify the regulator when you must, and track corrective actions to a verified close.
Risk
Risk registers and assessments on your own matrices, with the controls kept against each risk and their verification recorded.
Audits and inspections
Scheduled programs and checklists, with findings that become tracked non-conformances rather than notes in a finished form.
Actions
One place for every corrective, preventive and follow-up action, wherever it came from, with owners, due dates and escalation.
Permits and controls
Request, approve and issue permits with separation of duties, prerequisite checks before work starts, and control over expiry.
Contractors and workers
Onboard companies and their people, verify documents and insurances, and keep prequalification current instead of out of date.
Training and competency
Courses, sessions, assessments and certificates, with competency requirements tied to the work that needs them.
Documents and controlled content
Controlled procedures and policies with versions, approvals, acknowledgements and control over who may read them.
Injury management
Injury records, return to work planning and claims, kept apart from general records with their own access rules.
Also included: assets and equipment, chemicals, emergency management, change management, workplace sign in, occupational hygiene and reporting. The platform can run on your own web address with your own branding, and anything your organisation needs that is not here is something your team can build.
Working anywhere
The people doing the work record it where it happens, on a phone or a tablet, in the web app or the mobile app. When there is no connection the capture keeps working: the tasks, registers and records for the modules a person is assigned to are held on the device, and anything entered is queued and sent as soon as a connection returns. Each record shows whether it has been sent yet, so nobody has to guess.
Documents and evidence
Procedures, policies, permits, certificates and reports are held in the platform with their versions, their approvals and the rules for who may read them. A document can be generated from a record and the data on it, so a permit, a report or a certificate comes out complete and correctly laid out. Photographs, files and sign offs stay attached to the record they belong to, so the evidence behind a decision sits with the decision.
AI helps, a person decides
AI is optional. It stays switched off until you turn it on, and you choose the purposes it may be used for. It can draft a form from a description, suggest the next step in an investigation, or help set out a workflow. Everything it produces arrives as a draft for a person to read, change or reject, and nothing is written into your records until somebody approves it. Personal details are removed before text is sent for processing, and the trust page sets out what each purpose does.
Security and data
Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's, and Australian customers are hosted in the Sydney region. Who can see and change what is set by the roles and permissions you define. Every screen is designed to WCAG 2.1 AA.
